This introduction to rubble wall building will cover one of the most common build types seen in Scotland, the best way to understand this form of construction is to build using rubble! Over the course of the day you will build a section of rubble wall giving an understanding of construction techniques and the correct material and mortar mixes to use.
Course Suitability:
This practical course is aimed at building contractors and those undertaking repair refurbishment, renovation and restoration work to traditional masonry structures. You should be reasonably fit and able to lift 25kg safely. We are always happy to help learners choose the right course.
