Winter Working

This weekend saw some very cold temperatures indeed and plenty of freeze thaw cycles to boot! If you have suddenly donned a scarf, hat and gloves, think what this means for the building you are working on. The absolute minimum temperature for working with lime mortars is 5 degrees centigrade and rising. So don’t get caught out by the weather but come and learn how to mitigate the vagaries of winter working with lime mortars, with useful and very practical tricks and tips to ensure your mortar work survives intact.
The next half day workshop is on Friday 6 December 2013.
